Our pod plays an unusually important role in easing physical and mental tension, in relaxation, in forgetting about problems, thus improving one’s mood and – as a matter of consequence – improving one’s health.
Body detoxification, weight control, fatigue and stress
To detoxify the body, burn calories and ensure optimum weight, a series of visits to an IR sauna (possibly combined with a steam bath) is highly recommendable. Perspiration allows the body to eliminate all kinds of toxins, heavy metals, nicotine and alcohol. Unlike in the traditional Finnish sauna, where the heat penetrates into the body to a relatively small depth, the IR sauna brings much better results. The perspiration of a Finnish sauna visitor contains approximately 3% of toxins, as compared to 20% in the case of an IR sauna.

A 15-minute session in an IR sauna or combined with a steam bath and a delicate vibration massage is the best combination for refreshing and strengthening the body by facilitating falling asleep and improving the quality of sleep. To finish off the procedure we recommend invigorating Vichy Shower at 30ºC.
Parafango therapy in NeoQi® pods
Due to their therapeutic effects, multiplied by the use of NeoQi® pods, parafango packs are an ideal solution for spa treatments.
“Parafango” is a combination of paraffin, sea mud and volcanic ash, rich in microelements. Parafango therapy consists of covering the body with a warm mass, which – when combined with other active components – is extremely efficient in combating cellulite and eliminating toxins from the body. Simultaneously it helps remineralize the skin and body.
